The information is built on the Recommendation No. 2/2001 of the European authorities for data protection adopted on the 17th May 2001 under the group created by Article 29 of directive No. 95/46/CE with the objective of establishing minimum requirements for online personal data collection, and in particular the methods, timescales and nature of information that data owners must provide to users when they connect to websites, regardless of the reasons for doing so.
1. TYPES OF DATA HELD AND DATA USAGE
The Site's systems and software gathers some personal data during normal use, which is implicitly transmitted when using Internet communication protocols. This information is not gathered in order to associate the information with individuals; however, their very nature may result in users being able to be identified by associating the information with data held by third parties.

Personal data is handled manually as well as electronically in order to be processed for their intended use. Specific safety measures are undertaken to prevent data loss, illicit or incorrect use, and access by unauthorised parties.

The handling of data relating to web services on this site (hosted by Data Center Nohup S.r.l. in Via Savona 125, Milan) takes place at the Company headquarters of the server owners in the name and on behalf of the Data Controllers, and are only managed by employees, contractors or appointed members, as well as occasional maintenance operators on the premises of Nohup in Via Savona 125 in Milan.
